Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using CameraGR (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including anyone who accesses the App through the Apple App Store or any successor distribution channel authorized by the developer.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of any applicable purchase price, Alain Picard (“we”, “us”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use CameraGR on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Intellectual Property

CameraGR, including its name, logo, user interface, film simulations, software code and documentation, is owned by Alain Picard and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

CameraGR is inspired by the Ricoh GR experience but is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ricoh Company, Ltd. Ricoh and GR are trademarks of their respective owners.

Photos you capture with the App belong to you. We claim no ownership over your images or the metadata you choose to embed in them.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CameraGR only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You must not use the App:

• In any way that violates the rights of others or applicable law.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its code or related systems.
• To interfere with the App’s operation or circumvent technical protections.
• To distribute malware or harmful content through features of the App.

Purchases & Refunds

CameraGR is offered as a one-time premium purchase through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or recurring fees within the App unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

All payments, billing and refund requests are processed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms and policies. We do not handle payment card data directly.

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple under its App Store refund policies. For purchase or refund questions, contact Apple Support or review your App Store purchase history.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CameraGR is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or configuration, or that captured images will meet your expectations in all lighting or hardware conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alain Picard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, images or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Apple & Third Parties

Your use of CameraGR through the App Store is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) where required by Apple.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for CameraGR. Any claims relating to the App may be directed to us as the application provider, not to Apple.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published at cameragr.app/terms with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the App after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you mandatory local rights, nothing in these terms limits those rights where they cannot be waived by contract.
